Jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Als Importmedewerker begeleid je binnenkomende zendingen en schakel je dagelijks met klanten, vervoerders en collega's. Zoek jij een functie waarin regelen, klantcontact en administratie samenkomen? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Ons aanbod - Een salaris van € 2.800,- tot € 3.800,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week ; - Mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de luchtvracht en importafhandeling; - Afwisselende werkzaamheden met eigen dossiers en dagelijks klantcontact; - Collega's met wie je kunt overleggen wanneer een zending extra aandacht vraagt. Wat ga je doen als Importmedewerker ? Je begeleidt importzendingen vanaf de aankomst tot de aflevering bij de klant. Je controleert de benodigde informatie, bewaakt de voortgang en stemt de vervolgstappen af met de betrokken partijen. - Je verwerkt binnenkomende importorders en maakt de bijbehorende dossiers aan; - Je controleert transportdocumenten en vraagt ontbrekende gegevens op; - Je stemt de douaneafhandeling af met declaranten; - Je organiseert het vervolgtransport en maakt afspraken over de aflevering; - Je informeert klanten over hun zendingen en pakt vertragingen of afwijkingen op. Wat breng jij mee? - Mbo werk- en denkniveau en interesse in internationale logistiek; - Ervaring met importafhandeling of een andere relevante logistieke kantoorfunctie; - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht over meerdere dossiers; - Je communiceert duidelijk en neemt initiatief wanneer iets geregeld moet worden.
