Deze speler uit regio Roeselare is gespecialiseerd in het bewerken van metalen materialen. Met zo'n 130 collega's en een jaaromzet van €35 000 000 groeit de onderneming gestaag verder. Duurzaamheid vormt er geen bijzaak, maar de kern van de bedrijfsvoering. Om hun groei verder te ondersteunen, is deze onderneming op zoek naar een Improvement Engineer.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Continuous Improvement Engineer analyseer je bestaande processen, voer je _oot cause analyses (RCA's) uit en spoor je structurele verbeterkansen op
  • Daarnaast verzamel en interpreteer je data om trends, afwijkingen en verbeterpunten te detecteren
  • Je coacht teams en begeleidt hen bij het uitrollen van verbeterprojecten, met als doel een cultuur van continu verbeteren te verankeren
  • Bovendien speel je een actieve rol bij de implementatie van nieuwe technologieën en automatisering, en fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen afdelingen
  • Tot slot rapporteer je de voortgang van projecten aan stakeholders en spring je bij als leidinggevende wanneer nodig
  • Je beschikt over een technische Bachelor of Master of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Daarnaast heb je minstens 3 jaar ervaring met methodieken zoals Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen of vergelijkbare technieken
  • Ervaring in het leiden van verbeterprojecten is een zeer sterke troef
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
