Du gestaltest unser IMS aktiv mit, sicherst Standards in Qualität, Umwelt und Arbeitssicherheit und treibst kontinuierliche Verbesserungen international voran.

Deine Aufgaben - das erwartet Dich

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung unseres Integrierten Managementsystems (IMS) in den Bereichen "Qualität, Umwelt und Arbeitssicherheit"

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Managementsysteme und Normen, insbesondere ISO 9001

* Verantwortung für das betriebliche Abfallmanagement und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer EHS-Projekte (Environment, Health & Safety)

* Planung, Vorbereitung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits

* Überwachung der Einhaltung definierter Prozesse sowie Nachverfolgung von Audit-, Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Prozessbeschreibungen, Richtlinien und Dokumentationen, auch an unseren internationalen Standorten

* Schulung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden zu Themen des Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Arbeitssicherheitsmanagements

* Betreuung der unternehmensweiten Ideensammlung und Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

* Selbstständige Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie konsequente Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Dein Profil - das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH oder Universität) mit technischem, wirtschaftlichem oder umweltbezogenem Schwerpunkt

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Umweltmanagement, Arbeitssicherheitsmanagement oder im Bereich IMS

* Fundierte Kenntnisse von Managementsystemen und deren praktischer Anwendung, insbesondere ISO 9001

* Praxiskenntnisse im Umweltmanagement sowie Verständnis relevanter gesetzlicher Anforderungen

* Ausbildung bzw. Weiterbildung im Qualitäts-, Prozess- oder Umwelt-/Abfallmanagement von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prozessmanagementsoftware, idealerweise CWA SmartProcess

* Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, Themen selbstständig zu gestalten und nachhaltig voranzutreiben

* Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Entsprechende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Reisebereitschaft
