* Inbetriebnahme: Aufbau, Test und Inbetriebnahme von Serien- und Prototypensystemen in der Produktionshalle und direkt beim Kunden vor Ort - weltweit, im Umfeld moderner Industrieanlagen

* Prüfung & Fehlersuche: Messen, Dokumentieren und Analysieren von Systemwerten sowie Beheben technischer Störungen

* Systemoptimierung: Feineinstellung und Verbesserung von Anlagenfunktionen, inklusive Tests und Abnahmen

* Dokumentation: Funktionsprüfungen durchführen, Ergebnisse protokollieren und technische Dokumentation erstellen

* Anpassungen: Umsetzung von Änderungen während Montage- und Testphase (z. B. Stromlaufpläne, Layouts, Parameter, Netzwerk)

* Kundensupport: Unterstützung und Einschulung der Kunden während Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb

Skill-Set

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik (Lehre oder Fachschule)

* Erfahrung: Erste bis mehrjährige Praxis in der Inbetriebnahme, Instandhaltung oder im technischen Service, idealerweise mit Automatisierungs- oder Antriebssystemen oder im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau

* Fachwissen: Grundkenntnisse in SPS-Technik, Regelungs- und Steuerungstechnik, Verständnis für elektrische Schaltpläne und Netzwerktechnik (LAN/WLAN, BUS-Systeme)

* Sprachen: Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für internationale Projekte

* Reisebereitschaft: Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Einsätzen (ca. 50-60 %), teils auch längere Projektphasen vor Ort

* Persönlichkeit: Technikbegeistert, lösungsorientiert und hands-on; du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ und lernst schnell neue Systeme kennen

Das mögliche Gehalt
