Der Job

* Inbetriebnahme von Serien- und Prototypenfahrzeugen gemäß Inbetriebnahmeliste und Stromlaufplan im Werk Linz, bei unseren Kunden und bei unseren Unterlieferanten

* Feststellen, Messen und Protokollieren der Fahrzeug- und Anlagensystemgrenzen (Stromaufnahmen, Geschwindigkeiten, Sicherheitsabstände)

* Betreuung von Dauertests und Fehlersuche sowie Mithilfe bei Fehleranalyse von Systemfehlern

* Aufbau der Gesamt-FTF-Anlage bei unseren Kunden weltweit

* Testen, Protokollieren und Dokumentieren von Anlagenfunktionen (Abschaltautomatik, Batterieladung, Fehlermeldungen, Funktionen der Leitsteuerung usw.)

* Mitgestaltung des Fahrkurslayouts im Bezug auf erforderliche Funktionen und technische Standards

* Gesamtinbetriebnahme der FTS bei unseren Kunden

* Anlagenoptimierung (Fehleranalyse, Schichtbegleitung und Kundeneinschulung)

* Einarbeitung von Änderungen während der Montage- und Inbetriebnahmephase (Stromlaufpläne, Zieltabellen, Layout , Parameter, LAN- bzw. WLAN-Konfigurationen)

Dein Profil

* HTL/Fachschule/Lehrabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Elektronik/Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik

* Hohes technisches Interesse an Elektronik, Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Regelungs- und Steuerungssysteme

* Hohe Präferenz für praktische Umsetzung sowie handwerkliches Geschick

* Ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an neuen Technologien

* Vorzugsweise Grundkenntnisse in CAN Bus, PROFIBUS-Systeme, LAN- und WLAN-Netzwerkarchitekturen etc.

* Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft ab ca. 50 %

* Führerschein B
