Inbetriebnahmetechniker (m/w/d) für Schienenfahrzeuge

Du wirst in Blerick(NL) arbeiten, dem jüngsten Standort von Stadler Service Nederland.

Dieser Standort besteht nun seit einigen Jahren und beschäftigt ca. 40 Mechanikern.

Du bist Teil eines gut eingespielten Teams, in dem Züge nach den neuesten Standards umgerüstet werden.

Du führst Tests an Zügen und Triebfahrzeugen durch, die bereit sind für den Kunden und vorher noch geprüft werden müssen.

Du arbeitest anhand von Schemata und Protokollen, da es von größter Bedeutung ist, dass das Fahrzeug wieder sicher für den Betrieb freigegeben wird und ohne Einschränkungen zurück an den Kunden gehen kann.

In diesem Prozess bist du die letzte Person, die den Zug vollständig überprüft und in Betrieb nimmt.

Die anderen Mechaniker in der Werkstatt bauen alle neuen Komponenten ein. Tätigkeitsprofil:

- Durchführung von Funktionstests gemäß Protokollen und Schemata. - Selbstständige Störungsbehebung: von der Lokalisierung und Analyse bis zur Behebung. - Unterstützung bei der Montage mechanischer und elektrischer Anlagen in Zügen. - Inbetriebnahme von Zugsystemen. - Durchführen von Typentests im In- und Ausland

Wir bieten:

- Ein gutes Gehalt: von 3.445 € bis 4.575 €, abhängig von deiner Ausbildung und Erfahrung. - Jahresvertrag mit Aussicht auf einen unbefristeten Vertrag. - Altersvorsorge mit 70 % Arbeitgeberanteil. - Für den Arbeitsweg erhältst du 25 Cent pro Kilometer bei einer Höchstgrenze von 100 km pro Tag. - 25 Urlaubstage und 13 ADV-Tage (bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung). - Sonstige Arbeitsbedingungen gemäß dem Tarifvertrag für Metallverarbeitungsbetriebe. - Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten dich weiterzuentwickeln - 10% Reisetätigkeiten im In und Ausland

Das bringst Du mit:

Du sorgst dafür, dass Züge in Topzustand wieder auf die Gleise kommen.

Da verschiedene Systeme zusammenarbeiten müssen, sind fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik wichtig.

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung / Technikerabschluss in Mechatronik, Ingenieurwesen, Steuerungstechnik oder Elektrotechnik. - Erfahrung als (Störungs-)Monteur oder in einer vergleichbaren Position, in der du Erfahrungen mit Elektrotechnik gesammelt hast - Auch Berufseinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen. Wir bilden dich zum vollwertigen Testingenieur weiter!
