Inbound Assistant - Hoofddorp

As an Inbound Assistant at a logistics company in Hoofddorp, you manage the administrative processing and verification of incoming shipments. Your shift begins at 08:00 by logging into the management software and checking the daily delivery schedule. Throughout the day, you process arriving freight, enter product details into the central database, and verify transport paperwork. Your tasks focus mainly on computer-based data entry to ensure digital records match physical goods before your shift ends at 17:00. You will work at our client through Staffice from Monday to Friday.

Tasks - Enter incoming goods data into the logistics software - Verify incoming transport documents and delivery notes - Compare physical items received against purchase orders - Manage stock status reports in the system - Flag and log inventory discrepancies digitally - Maintain organized administrative records for the department - Coordinate daily processing priorities with team members

We are looking for - Practical work experience in a logistics environment - Good command of English - Strong computer skills and comfort working with software - Ability to work accurately with operational details
