Incasso Jurist - zelfstandig, oplossend vermogen - T&P Legal Amsterdam, hybride 32-40 uur TKB (Trust Krediet Beheer) Je bent als zelfstandig opererende Incasso Jurist verantwoordelijk voor de volledige behandeling en afhandeling van de procedures en de executies. Binnen het team (5 FTE) draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor een optimaal kwalitatieve aanpak van de juridische dossiers. Wat ga je doen? - Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten (nationaal en internationaal) omtrent het opstarten van een procedure en de procedures die worden gevoerd; - Onderhouden van contact met de deurwaarders, advocaten, debiteuren en rechtbanken inzake procedures en executies; - Het inhoudelijk behandelen van gerechtelijke procedures d.m.v. het opstellen van dagvaardingen, conclusies, aktes en het voorbereiden en behandelen van mondelinge behandelingen bij de rechtbank; - Adviseren van Accountmanagers Incasso inzake juridische vraagstukken; - Proactief de nieuwste veranderingen op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving bijhouden alsmede het vertalen van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving naar de Accountmanagers; - Schriftelijk en telefonisch contact met (inter)nationale debiteuren inzake de lopende gerechtelijke procedures en executies; - Klachtenbehandeling en afhandeling. Jouw competenties: - Plannen: je beschikt over een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en overziet de totale workload en de bijbehorende deadlines die hiermee samenvallen; - Analytisch vermogen: je bezit het vermogen om efficiënt situaties te kunnen analyseren en deze informatie te beoordelen op hoofd- en bijzaken en hierop op juiste wijze te acteren; - Oplossingsgericht: je blijft niet hangen in het probleem maar verlegt de focus snel naar het zoeken van passende oplossingen; - Empathisch vermogen: Je bent in staat je te verplaatsen in en ondersteunen van anderen, je houdt hierbij rekening met de belangen van anderen.
