Bij Bierens behandel je zelfstandig nationale en internationale incassodossiers voor een breed scala aan zakelijke klanten. Van ambitieuze mkb-bedrijven tot internationale ondernemingen: jij bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt en adviseur gedurende het gehele incassotraject. Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Als Incasso Specialist ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van jouw eigen portefeuille. Je beoordeelt dossiers, bepaalt de juiste strategie en zet alles op alles om openstaande vorderingen succesvol te incasseren. Daarbij weet je juridische, commerciële en relationele belangen goed tegen elkaar af te wegen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het beoordelen van incassodossiers en de juridische haalbaarheid van vorderingen; - Het adviseren van klanten over de meest effectieve incassostrategie; - Het onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met debiteuren, klanten en andere betrokken partijen; - Het voeren van onderhandelingen en treffen van betalingsregelingen; - Het bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en het aansturen op resultaat; - Het beoordelen van kredietwaardigheid en verhaalsmogelijkheden; - Het signaleren van disputen en afstemmen met juristen en advocaten; - Het zorgvuldig vastleggen van alle dossieractiviteiten en correspondentie; - Het bijdragen...
