Provide objective audit findings and recommendations to support certification, deferral, suspension, or withdrawal decisions as appropriate. Participate effectively as a member of audit teams and, where authorised, undertake lead auditor responsibilities within approved competency and authorisation levels, ensuring audit activities are completed within agreed timescales and reporting requirements. Produce accurate, objective, and high-quality audit reports and associated documentation in compliance with accreditation requirements, LRQA procedures, and contractual requirements.Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with clients while ensuring impartiality, independence, and confidentiality are upheld at all times. Communicate effectively with LRQA operational contacts, clients, and audit team members regarding audit delivery requirements, changes, risks, or issues that may affect the successful completion of audits. Provide timely feedback to LRQA regarding client concerns, trends, opportunities for service improvement, and any risks that may impact certification activities or client satisfaction.Maintain professional competence relevant to authorised scopes and sectors, including staying current with applicable standards, industry developments, regulatory requirements, and auditing techniques.
