Werk je in de jeugdgezondheidszorg en wil je meewerken om de herziene JGZ-richtlijnen zo toepasbaar mogelijk te maken in de praktijk? Doe dan mee aan de praktijktest van de herziene JGZ-richtlijn Niet-scrotale testis (NST). Jouw deelname namens een JGZ-organisatie, JGZ-team of als individueel JGZ-professional levert belangrijke informatie op. De test start vanaf 16 november. Meld je alvast aan. TNO organiseert in samenwerking met het NCJ een praktijktest voor de herziene JGZ-richtlijn Niet-scrotale testis (NST). Doel van de praktijktest is in kaart te brengen of werken met de aanbevelingen uit de richtlijn haalbaar en uitvoerbaar is. Wat zijn eventuele knelpunten? En welke randvoorwaarden zijn nodig? De focus ligt op de instructie voor thuiscontrole door ouders.Op basis van deze inzichten wordt de richtlijn aangepast en een definitieve versie gemaakt. De richtlijn is geactualiseerd en heeft een modulaire opbouw gekregen. Nieuw in de richtlijn: - Duidelijk onderscheid tussen retractiele (scrotale) testis en niet-scrotale testis (NST). - De term hoogscrotaal testis wordt niet meer gehanteerd (niet van toepassing binnen de JGZ) - Aanbevelingen voor een specifieke frequentie van lichamelijk onderzoek - Meer aandacht voor signaleren van retractiele testis - Instructiefolder voor thuiscontrole testis door ouders - Meer aandacht voor de wensen van ouders en samen beslissen bij het toepassen van de verwijscriteria - Betere aansluiting bij het LPK Wat ga je doen?
