Ben jij een gepassioneerde patissier die graag werkt in een professionele productieomgeving in Heusden-Zolder? Krijg je energie van het bereiden van heerlijke taarten, gebak en andere zoete specialiteiten die dagelijks bij duizenden klanten terechtkomen? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Voor een groeiend voedingsbedrijf in Heusden-Zolder zoeken we een patissier die mee instaat voor de dagelijkse productie van kwalitatieve patisserieproducten.

Jouw taken:

  • Je bereidt beslag, vullingen, crèmes en andere patisserieproducten volgens vaste recepten.
  • Je werkt mee aan de productie van taarten, gebak, koffiekoeken en desserts.
  • Je bedient en bewaakt verschillende productiemachines binnen de patisserieafdeling.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte afwerking en kwaliteitscontrole van de producten.
  • Je volgt hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet op.
  • Je bevoorraadt machines en werkposten zodat de productie vlot blijft verlopen.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's om de dagelijkse productieplanning te realiseren.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en moderne productietechnieken centraal staan.

Je volgde een opleiding patisserie, bakkerij of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring als patissier binnen een productieomgeving is een pluspunt.

Je hebt een passie voor patisserie en werkt met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt recepten correct op.

Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.

Je bent bereid te werken volgens een variabel uurrooster afhankelijk van de productieplanning.

Je hebt aandacht voor hygiëne, orde en netheid.
