Als Industrial Asset Management Engineer maak je deel uit van het assetteam en werk je mee aan de opzet, implementatie en continue verbetering van het assetmanagementsysteem voor civiele constructies en gebouwen in de industriële omgeving.

  • Assetmanagement: Je helpt het assetmanagementsysteem opzetten en implementeren, structureert assetdata en onderhoudsconcepten en vertaalt ISO 55000-principes naar praktische werkwijzen.
  • Onderhoud en planning: Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert meerjarige onderhoudsplannen en tactische strategieën voor civiele constructies en gebouwen.
  • Risicoanalyse en verbetering: Je analyseert technische gebreken, degradatie, inspectie- en RBI-data en voert root cause analyses uit. Je vertaalt risico's naar preventieve maatregelen en verbeteracties.
  • Werkvoorbereiding: Je maakt interventies uitvoeringsklaar, stelt technische werkpakketten op en draagt deze over aan de werkcoördinator. Je volgt de uitvoering op en verwerkt feedback in de onderhoudsstrategieën.
  • Verbeterprojecten: Je bepaalt de scope, planning, risico's en het budget van kleinschalige civiele interventies. Je coördineert aannemers en inspectiepartners en bewaakt de technische kwaliteit en documentatie.
  • Lifecycle Engineering: Je adviseert over inspecteerbaarheid, onderhoudbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van assets vanaf de ontwerpfase en toetst ontwerpen en as-built-documentatie.
  • Stakeholdermanagement en compliance: Je stemt af met interne en externe stakeholders, bewaakt de naleving van ISO 55000, SEVESO en Eurocode waar van toepassing, en zorgt voor correcte assetdata, inspectiedossiers en onderhoudsdocumentatie.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in engineering, bij voorkeur Bouwkunde of Civiele Techniek, en hebt affiniteit met civiele en structurele engineering.
  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in industrieel assetmanagement, zoals tactische assetplanning, onderhoudsstrategieën of lifecyclemanagement.
  • Je hebt kennis en werkervaring met ISO 55000, SEVESO en Eurocode.
  • Je kan technische data analyseren en vertalen naar praktische onderhoudsstrategieën en verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  • Je hebt kennis van methodieken zoals RBI, RCA, kriticiteits- en risicoanalyse en degradatieanalyse.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectcoördinatie en het aansturen van aannemers of inspectiepartners.

Pluspunten
