Bij een internationaal productiebedrijf in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie in Apeldoorn werk je aan de automatisering van slacht- en vleesverwerkingsprocessen. Als Industrial Automation Engineer houd je PLC- en SCADA-systemen betrouwbaar en help je productiestilstand te beperken. De productielijnen draaien van maandag tot en met vrijdag, het hele jaar door. Een storing heeft daardoor direct invloed op de productie. Je combineert het oplossen van acute problemen met structurele verbeteringen aan de besturing en de aansluiting op de IT-structuur. Binnen de technische dienst draag je zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor de procesautomatisering. Je analyseert storingen, past besturingssoftware aan en stemt wijzigingen af met technische collega’s en de productie. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar herstel, maar ook naar oorzaken en preventie. Je krijgt aandacht voor je persoonlijke ontwikkeling en verdiept je vakkennis op het snijvlak van industriële besturing, procesbetrouwbaarheid en IT. Functie-inhoud - Storingen in PLC- en SCADA-systemen analyseren en oplossen - Besturingssoftware aanpassen voor slacht- en vleesverwerkingsprocessen - Terugkerende storingen onderzoeken en preventieve verbeteringen doorvoeren - Procesautomatisering afstemmen op de IT-structuur van de organisatie - Softwarewijzigingen testen en afstemmen met de technische dienst en productie - Technische wijzigingen en storingsanalyses documenteren Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde technische opleiding richting industriële automatisering of elektrotechniek met relevante aanvullingen - Ervaring met het programmeren van PLC- en SCADA-systemen - Je kunt zelfstandig storingen in industriële besturingen analyseren en oplossen - Inzicht in de samenhang tussen procesautomatisering en IT-systemen - Je stemt technische wijzigingen zorgvuldig af met collega’s en productie - Ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een pré Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.500 en € 4.000 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) - E.
