Bij een productiebedrijf in Helmond werk je binnen Manufacturing & Logistics aan de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van industriële automatiseringssystemen. Je optimaliseert aandrijvingen, besturingen en interfaces van productiemachines en installeert of vernieuwt systemen volgens interne automatiseringsstandaarden. Je rapporteert aan de manager Continuous Improvement. Functie-inhoud - Je leidt automatiseringsprojecten en verbetertrajecten of neemt hier als technisch specialist aan deel. - Je stelt functionele specificaties op vanuit URS en voert FAT- en SAT-tests uit tijdens de implementatie. - Je beheert het geïnstalleerde automatiseringsbestand en maakt vervangings- en upgradevoorstellen voor verouderde systemen. - Je biedt tweede- en derdelijnsondersteuning aan maintenance en vertaalt storingsanalyses naar structurele verbeteringen. - Je stelt technische richtlijnen voor onderhoud en interne industriële automatiseringsstandaarden op. - Je onderhoudt het automatiseringsnetwerk, inclusief virtualisatiesystemen voor SCADA, WinCC en data-acquisitie. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een richting die aansluit op industriële automatisering. - Je hebt minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring binnen industriële automatisering. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement en beschikt over leiderschapsvaardigheden. - Je kent elektrische systemen, besturings- en serversystemen, aandrijfsystemen, frequentieregelaars en servoregelaars. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, resultaat- en kwaliteitsgericht en communiceert op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie. - Je stemt proactief af met interne betrokkenen, externe partijen en leveranciers. - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Duits is een pré. Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in Helmond. - Een detavast-contractvorm. - Betrokkenheid bij het volledige projecttraject, van specificatie tot FAT en SAT. - Een breed technisch werkgebied met besturingen, aandrijvingen, SCADA en industr.
