The posting

Bij een technisch engineeringsbureau in Hengelo werk je aan de ontwikkeling van producten en machines voor onder meer food-agri, defensie en automotive. Als Industrial Automation Engineer verbind je mechanica, elektrotechniek en software tot een werkende machinebesturing. Je vertaalt functionele eisen naar PLC-software, een bedienbare HMI en de aansturing van bewegingen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de code, maar ook naar de samenhang tussen sensoren, aandrijvingen en het gedrag van de machine. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je zelfstandig aan je eigen engineeringtaken en stem je keuzes af met collega’s uit andere technische disciplines. Je programmeert, test en analyseert de besturing en bespreekt technische oplossingen binnen het projectteam. Afhankelijk van het project werk je bij de opdrachtgever, vanuit kantoor of hybride. Met trainingen, cursussen en bezoeken aan technische beurzen en seminars kun je je kennis van industriële automatisering verder verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en programmeren van PLC-besturingen voor producten en machines - Ontwerpen van HMI-schermen voor overzichtelijke bediening en diagnose - Integreren van motion- en sensortechnologie in de machinebesturing - Afstemmen van software, elektrotechniek en mechanica binnen het projectteam - Testen van besturingsfuncties en analyseren van afwijkend machinegedrag - Projectmatig uitwerken en documenteren van technische oplossingen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding industriële automatisering, mechatronica of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de machinebouw - Ervaring met PLC-programmering, bij voorkeur met Siemens of vergelijkbare systemen - Technisch inzicht in de samenhang tussen besturing, mechanica, motion en sensoren - Je bedenkt praktische, intelligente oplossingen en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband - Ervaring met projectmatig werken en een goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tu.
