Bij een producent van kunststofonderdelen voor de automotive-industrie in Zevenaar werk je aan de mechanisatie en automatisering van productieprocessen. De productieomgeving bestaat onder meer uit moderne spuitgietmachines voor interieur- en exterieuronderdelen. Als Industrial Automation Engineer vertaal je technische verbeterideeën naar uitvoerbare ontwerpen en begeleid je projecten van voorstel tot implementatie en beheer. Daarbij verbind je werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica en besturingstechniek, met aandacht voor robuuste constructies en betrouwbare productie. In de dagelijkse praktijk overleg je met productie, inkoop en leveranciers over technische keuzes, offertes en de uitvoering van werkzaamheden. Je controleert uitbesteed mechanisch en besturingstechnisch werk, verbetert machineonderdelen en programmeert waar nodig PLC- of CNC-besturingen. Je werkt samen met collega’s aan praktische oplossingen voor technische vraagstukken. Door kennis te delen en verbeteringen door te voeren, verdiep je je eigen expertise en versterk je het technische kennisniveau binnen het team. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpvoorstellen maken voor mechanisatieprojecten binnen de productie - Offertes aanvragen en technisch beoordelen in samenwerking met inkoop - Uitbesteed mechanisch en besturingstechnisch werk begeleiden en controleren - Constructies en mechanische onderdelen ontwikkelen en verbeteren - Waar nodig PLC- en CNC-besturingen programmeren - Productie en interne opdrachtgevers adviseren over technische vraagstukken - Mechanisatieoplossingen implementeren, beheren en verbeteren en technische kennis delen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of vergelijkbaar - Kennis van PLC- en CNC-programmeren - Brede technische basis en inzicht in mechanische en besturingstechnische samenhang - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels voor overleg met collega’s en leveranciers - Analytische, praktische werkwijze met organisatorisch inzicht en verantwoordelijkhei.
