Industrial CAD & Layout Engineer | Tot €60.000 bruto/jaar + wagen

Voor een moderne en sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving in de regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Industrial CAD & Layout Engineer die energie krijgt van 3D-ontwerp, machine-integratie en technische optimalisaties.

In deze functie zit je niet vast in eindeloze vergaderingen of pure projectcoördinatie. De kern van jouw job is ontwerpen, tekenen en technisch uitwerken.

Je werkt in een omgeving waar voortdurend nieuwe machines, lijnen en uitbreidingen bijkomen. Externe machinebouwers leveren vaak de installaties aan, maar intern moet alles technisch perfect in elkaar passen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat machines, transportbanen, constructies en layouts één logisch geheel vormen.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je bent het grootste deel van je tijd actief bezig met 3D CAD, technische layouts en mechanisch ontwerp.
  • Je werkt uitbreidingen, aanpassingen en optimalisaties uit voor bestaande en nieuwe productielijnen.
  • Je ontwerpt onder meer machineverbindingen, transportsystemen, ondersteunende constructies en industriële layouts.
  • Je voert opmetingen uit op de werkvloer en zet bestaande situaties om naar nauwkeurige 3D-modellen.
  • Je bekijkt hoe verschillende installaties technisch op elkaar kunnen aansluiten en vertaalt dit naar een praktisch ontwerp.
  • Je actualiseert bestaande plannen wanneer machines worden aangepast, uitgebreid of verplaatst.
  • Je houdt technische documentatie up-to-date en zorgt dat plannen overeenstemmen met de werkelijke situatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Project Engineers, onderhoudstechniekers en externe machinebouwers.
  • Je denkt mee over maakbaarheid, montage, bereikbaarheid en onderhoudsvriendelijkheid van jouw ontwerpen.
  • Je volgt jouw tekenwerk ook op de vloer en controleert of ontwerpen in de praktijk uitvoerbaar zijn.
  • Je komt zelf met verbetervoorstellen wanneer bestaande installaties slimmer, efficiënter of praktischer kunnen worden ingericht.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt een technische bachelor, bijvoorbeeld in Elektromechanica, Ontwerp- en Productietechnologie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ervaring als CAD Designer, Mechanical Designer, Layout Engineer of technisch tekenaar kan een diploma compenseren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met 3D CAD en technisch ontwerp binnen machinebouw, productie of een industriële omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over sterk ruimtelijk en mechanisch inzicht.
  • Je begrijpt hoe machines, constructies en transportsystemen fysiek op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Ervaring met transportbanen, machineframes, staalconstructies, plaatwerk, piping of industriële layouts is een sterke troef.
  • Je kiest bewust voor een functie waarin je zelf blijft tekenen en ontwerpen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, maar behoudt altijd oog voor praktische uitvoerbaarheid.
  • Je vindt het interessant om regelmatig op de werkvloer te staan om installaties op te meten of ontwerpen te controleren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans.
