Das erwartet Dich:

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und technischer Standards im Facility Management

Unterstützung und Begleitung bei internen und externen Audits

Erstellung, Pflege und Kontrolle von Dokumentationen und Nachweisen

Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung bestehender Abläufe und Prozesse

Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Fachschule, Werksmeister o. Ä.)

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld

Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Betreiberverantwortung, Arbeitsschutz und relevanter Normen

Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Analytisches Denken sowie Fähigkeit, Probleme selbstständig zu lösen

Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit

Die Stelle ist aufgrund der Arbeitszeiten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht erreichbar! Ein eigenes Fahrzeug (Moped, Mopedauto, Auto, Fahrrad, usw.) ist daher erforderlich!
