Für unser Global Manufacturing Team in Gunskirchen suchen wir 1 Industrial Engineer New Product Development Machining (w/m/d) In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie die Industrialisierung neuer Produkte im Fertigungsbereich. Sie arbeiten eng mit unserer Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung (R&D) zusammen und stellen sicher, dass neue Produkte und Prozesse im Rahmen des NPD-Prozesses (New Product Development) schnell, wirtschaftlich und in höchster Qualität in die Serienfertigung überführt werden. Dabei verfolgen Sie das Ziel, Investitionskosten und Produktkosten zu minimieren sowie innovative Technologien, Prozesse und Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche Technologie, Lean Management, Kundenerlebnis und Mitarbeiterorientierung (Sicherheit, Ergonomie etc.) zu etablieren.

Schlüsselverantwortung:

* Leitung multidisziplinärer Industrialisierungsprojekte im Rahmen des NPD-Prozesses.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit R&D sowie allen relevanten Fachbereichen innerhalb des Unternehmens.

* Identifikation, Bewertung und Implementierung neuer Technologien, Prozesse und Methoden bis hin zur erfolgreichen Serienreife.

* Entwicklung von Bearbeitungs- und Vorrichtungskonzepten sowie Koordination und Begleitung der konstruktiven Umsetzung.

* Definition produktionsseitiger Anforderungen an neue Produkte sowie Bewertung der fertigungstechnischen Machbarkeit von Bauteildesigns.

* Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Umsetzung der Arbeitspakete im NPD-Prozess und in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten.

* Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Investitionsprojekten und Produktionsanlagen, einschließlich Terminplanung, Erstellung von Spezifikationen, Projektcontrolling sowie Abnahme zur Serienfreigabe.

* Vertretung der Fertigung in NPD-Projekten und projektbezogenen Gremien.

* Verantwortung für das Zeitwirtschaftssystem im Industrial Engineering, insbesondere die Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen sowie die Definition und Überprüfung von Vorgabezeiten.

* Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Methoden und Standards im Bereich Industrial Engineering.

* Durchführung von Make-or-Buy-Analysen für fertigungsrelevante Themen sowie technischer Benchmark-Studien.

Ihre Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten

* Höhere Technische Lehranstalt (HTL)

* Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in multinationalen Unternehmen.

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse, fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
