Pull-System * ERKENNEN.. von Verschwendung sowie Ursachenbeseitigung maschineller Probleme zur Produktivitätssteigerung * STEUERUNG... des externen Entwicklungspartners und Sicherstellung einer zeitgerechten Umsetzung * ENGE ZUSAMMENARBEIT... mit sämtlichen Abteilungen entlang der Produktionskette * DURCHFÜHRUNG... bzw. Koordination von Schulungen neuer Arbeitsabläufe im Energy-Team * MITGESTALTUNG... der Energieversorgung der Zukunft

IHR PROFIL * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (FH/TU) mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen * Gute Kenntnisse in relevanten Prozessmanagementmethoden (z.B. Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) * Konversationsfähiges Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift * Teamfähigkeit sowie eine kommunikative, umsetzungsstarke und organisationsfreudige Persönlichkeit * Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Flexibilität für Reisetätigkeiten (ca. 20%)

Unser Standort ist öffentlich sehr gut angebunden und nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Mödling entfernt.
