Vom Konzept bis hin zum montagebereiten Produkt entwickeln, testen und produzieren wir Lösungen rund um das Thema Licht. Namhafte Hersteller wie Audi, VW, KTM, Thule oder Schwarzmüller zählen zu unseren Kunden. 1 Industrial / Process Engineer_in In dieser Position gestalten Sie aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Fertigungsprozesse und Produktionstechnologien. Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Einführung neuer Fertigungsverfahren, der Optimierung bestehender Produktionsabläufe und der Umsetzung von Projekten zur Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und prozesssicheren Serienfertigung.

Was Sie bei uns bewirken...

* Entwicklung, Qualifizierung und Implementierung neuer Fertigungstechnologien, Verfahren und Prozesse für eine stabile und effiziente Serienfertigung

* Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Einführung neuer Produktionslösungen und Fertigungskonzepte

* Erstellung von Spezifikationen (Lasten-, Pflichtenheft) für Montageanlagen, Werkzeuge, Betriebsmittel und Maschinen

* Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prüfabläufen, Prüfverfahren und Anlagenkonzepten für die Fertigung, beispielsweise im Bereich End-of-Line-Testing

* Technische Bewertung und Auslegung von Produktionsanlagen sowie Begleitung der Beschaffung gemeinsam mit dem Einkauf

* Mitarbeit im Änderungswesen sowie aktive Mitgestaltung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP)

* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten und Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Was uns überzeugt...

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der Fertigungs- oder Prozessentwicklung

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil

* Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Produktions- und Fertigungstechnologien

* Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie Programmierkenntnisse

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Eigenverantwortlicher und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
