Voor een voedingsbedrijf in Zonnebeke zijn we op zoek naar een lijnverantwoordelijke inpak in 2 ploegen

Zo ziet jouw dag eruit:

  • Je staat in voor de bereiding van het beslag, volgens de opgestelde planning, geldende kwaliteitsnormen en recepten
  • Je haalt de nodige grondstoffen uit de opslagplaatsen/overleg met magazijniers.
  • Je bedient van de menginstallaties, mengt de grondstoffen, en zet deze klaar voor productie.
  • Je staat in voor het opstarten/afregelen/aanpassen van de verschillende productielijnen (meng-/spuitinstallaties/robot).
  • Je reinigt de installaties/onderdelen van productielijnen bij het einde van de productie.
  • Je vult de formulieren in m.b.t. de opspoorbaarheid van grondstoffen.
  • Je signaleert storingen aan de technische dienst.
  • Je neemt stalen voor het labo en doet kwaliteitscontroles.

Dit verwachten we van jou

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al enige ervaring in een voedingsbedrijf als bakker.
  • Je kan anderen enthousiasmeren door jouw positieve uitstraling en zorgt voor een goede sfeer in het team.
  • Je legt de nodige flexibiliteit aan de dag om bij te springen waar nodig.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor de interne procedures zoals HACCP, het bedrijfsreglement en de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je denkt mee en brengt suggesties aan tot verbetering van het inpakproces.
  • Je bent bereid om fulltime te werk
