Zoek jij als elektricien een boeiende buitendienstrol met maximale roosterflexibiliteit, een eigen bedrijfswagen (inclusief privégebruik) vanaf dag één én de zekerheid van een vast contract? In de regio Wingene ligt er een uitstekende kans klaar binnen de industriële metaalsector. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een geslaagde evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Op basis van een 38-urenweek voer je elektro-technische opdrachten uit bij industriële klanten in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Je kiest zelf welk uurrooster het beste bij jouw levensstijl past: dagdienst, 2-ploegen of de vaste nacht. Boven op een zeer aantrekkelijk loonpakket geniet je van een servicewagen met tankkaart (privé toegelaten), topgereedschap en kwaliteitsoveralls.

Wat ga je doen?

Als industrieel elektricien ben jij op locatie verantwoordelijk voor de vakkundige assemblage, montage en afstelling van elektrotechnische installaties volgens fabrieksvoorschriften. Je zorgt voor een haarscherpe elektrische en mechanische inregeling van complexe sturingscomponenten.

Bij pannes ga je doeltreffend te werk: je analyseert defecten aan onder meer elektro-mechanische overbrengingen, lagers en hydraulische/pneumatische onderdelen, kiest de juiste herstelmethode en voert de reparatie nauwgezet uit. Naast acute interventies voer je periodiek preventief onderhoud uit en voer je optimalisaties uit om de productiesnelheid bij de klant te verhogen. Na elke opstart geef je de operators heldere instructies, verwerk je de technische administratie en communiceer je transparant met de klant en de dispatching. Je werkt zelfstandig of versterkt grotere technische teams op de werf.

Om deze functie succesvol in te vullen, ben je een technisch onderlegde vakman die graag complexe technische problemen oplost. Je werkt altijd zelfstandig en nauwkeurig, maar functioneert tegelijkertijd goed in een teamverband. Daarnaast ben je flexibel ingesteld en kun je je vlot aanpassen aan veranderende planningen of onverwachte situaties op de werkvloer. Veiligheid is voor jou een absolute prioriteit, waarbij je alle geldende procedures en voorschriften strikt opvolgt. Tot slot kun je vlot en professioneel communiceren met zowel klanten en leveranciers als met je directe collega's.
