Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een residentieel elektricien om een onmisbare schakel te vormen in de realisatie van onze moderne, duurzame bouwprojecten. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in innovatieve staalframe- en prefabconstructies. Dankzij onze efficiënte bouwmethode werk je zowel aan de voorbereiding in ons atelier als aan de finale installatie en afwerking op de werf.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige natraject van de elektrische installaties in residentiële woningen en appartementen. Dit gaat van het aanleggen van leidingen in de staalframe-elementen tot het aansluiten en opleveringsklaar maken van de zekeringkasten en slimme thuistechnologieën.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Sleuven en kabeltrajecten: Aanleggen van kabelgoten, buizen en bedrading binnen de staalframe- en wandconstructies.
  • Kastbouw & Aansluitingen: Monteren, bekabelen en aansluiten van verdeelkasten, zekeringen, aardlekschakelaars en beveiligingen.
  • Afmontage: Plaatsen van inbouwdozen, schakelaars, stopcontacten, (led)verlichting en thermostaten.
  • Duurzame technieken: Aansluiten van moderne residentiële technieken zoals zonnepanelen, laadpalen, warmtepompsturingen en basisdomotica.
  • Testen & Oplevering: Controleren van installaties op veiligheid en werking volgens het AREI en voorbereiden van de keuring.
  • Planlezen: Zelfstandig interpreteren van eendraadsschema's, situatieschema's en bouwkundige plannen.

ProfielDeze job is jou op het lijf geschreven als je je herkent in deze eigenschappen:

Kennis & Ervaring:

  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over een tso- of bso-diploma Elektrotechniek / Elektrische Installaties (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Ervaring: Minstens 2 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring als residentieel elektricien of installateur in de woningbouw.
  • Regelgeving: Grondige kennis van het AREI (Algemeen Reglement op de Elektrische Installaties).
  • Schema's: Je kunt vlot eendraadsschema’s en technische bouwplannen lezen en interpreteren.

Competenties & Attitude:

  • Nauwkeurigheid: Je werkt netjes, oogt voor detail en streeft naar een hoogwaardige afwerking.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je kunt goed overweg met de dynamiek tussen ateliernochtans en werfinstallaties binnen een pre-fab omgeving.
  • Zelfstandigheid & Teamwork: Je kunt zelfstandig problemen oplossen op de werf, maar werkt ook vlot samen met de staalframe-monteurs en afwerkers.

Rijbewijs & Extra's:

  • In het bezit van een Rijbewijs B (Rijbewijs BE of C is een pluspunt).
  • VCA-certificaat (of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen).
