Ben jij een hands-on technieker die weet van aanpakken?

  • Als onderhoudstechnieker / storingstechnieker sta je het preventief onderhoud van machines in een productieomgeving
  • Ook storingen/curatief onderhoud behoort tot jouw takenpakket. Het gaat hier om zowel elektrische als mechanische defecten
  • Je werkt op verplaatsing voor verschillende projecten bij verschillende klanten in de regio

Mechanisch bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Het monteren, herstellen en uitlijnen van verschillende aandrijvingen
  • Het plaatsen, afregelen, onderhouden en storingen oplossen van pompen of compressoren
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren, (de)monteren en vervangen van machineonderdelen en lagers
  • Preventief onderhoud en het onderhouden en/of herstellen van pneumatische en hydraulische systemen
  • Ook sta je in voor het opsporen van defecten in een PLC-gestuurde installatie

Elektrisch bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Het elektrisch onderhouden van machines en sturingen
  • Je werkt aan elektrische motoren
  • Je onderhoudt en herstelt elektrische schakelkasten met relais en contactoren
  • Ook voer je eenvoudige aanpassingen uit in de installatie en het PLC-programma
  • Daarnaast los je storingen op van elektronische aandrijvingen van elektrische machines (gelijkstroomsturingen, frequentieregelingen,...)

Profiel

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma of attest in een technische richting (mechanica/elektromechanica of industriële elektriciteit) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minimaal een eerste werkervaring met industrieel onderhoud in een productieomgeving
  • Je bent bereid om minimaal in 2 ploegen te werken (vroege/late) en tijdens de dag. Indien je meerdere ploegen wil werken (3 ploegen of 5 ploegen of volcontinu) dan is dat zeker een pluspunt
  • Gezien je een firmawagen krijgt, is het belangrijk dat je in het bezit bent van een rijbewijs B
  • Je houdt van regelmatige afwisseling in technische uitdagingen, in veranderende omgevingen.
  • Voor de veiligheid is het belangrijk dat je over een goede kennis van het Nederlands beschikt
