Takenpakket:

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van programma's voor preventief onderhoud om de betrouwbaarheid van installaties te verhogen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van analyses van storingen en het aanbevelen van verbeteringen op basis van data.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om technische standaarden te verbeteren en te borgen.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale werking van apparatuur door het uitvoeren van inspecties en het analyseren van onderhoudsdata.
  • Bijdragen aan projecten voor procesoptimalisatie door middel van Root Cause Analysis (RCA) en andere technieken.
  • Meewerken aan het opstellen en opvolgen van onderhoudsplannen en het beheren van technische documentatie.
  • Analyseren en rapporteren van key performance indicators (KPI's) om verbeterinitiatieven te ondersteunen.

Profiel:

  • Een diploma in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica, mechanica, of een aanverwante discipline.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en interesse in procesoptimalisatie en datagedreven besluitvorming.
  • Vaardigheid in het gebruik van CMMS-systemen en bekendheid met onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Communicatief vaardig en in staat om effectief samen te werken binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Een gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkstijl, gecombineerd met een leergierige instelling.
