The posting

Een lift die dagelijks probleemloos honderden mensen vervoert, lijkt vanzelfsprekend. Toch gaat daar een strikt kader van technische controles, normen en veiligheidsvoorschriften achter schuil. Deze Antwerpse KMO waakt daar al bijna 100 jaar over als erkend controleorganisme voor liften en hefwerktuigen.

Vandaag voert een team van ±30 agent-onderzoekers periodieke veiligheidscontroles en keuringen na modernisatiewerken uit. Zij worden inhoudelijk ondersteund door een compact ingenieursteam, waarbij elke ingenieur de verantwoordelijkheid draagt over een eigen groep inspecteurs en toeziet op kwaliteit, planning, rapportering en correcte toepassing van de regelgeving.

Als Industrieel Ingenieur - Teamlead Liftinspectie vorm je de schakel tussen techniek en mensen. Je combineert de aansturing van jouw team met technische vraagstukken binnen elektriciteit, mechanica en hydraulica. Ervaring met liften is niet vereist: via het interne opleidingscentrum leer je de installaties, keuringsmethodes en regelgeving grondig kennen.

Industrieel Ingenieur - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je begeleidt een eigen team van technische inspecteurs en bewaakt hun planning, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling. Je kijkt verslagen na, bespreekt technische bevindingen en geeft duidelijke, constructieve feedback.
  • Tijdens je opleiding leer je de praktijk intensief kennen op het terrein. Nadien behoud je die voeling door periodiek mee te gaan naar controles en technische vraagstukken rond elektriciteit, mechanica en hydraulica mee te onderzoeken.
  • Je vertaalt wetgeving en technische evoluties naar werkbare procedures, onderhoudt contacten met liftfabrikanten, eigenaars en syndici en verzorgt op termijn technische opleidingen en kwalificatie-examens.

Industrieel Ingenieur - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma industrieel ingenieur of burgerlijk ingenieur, bij voorkeur binnen elektromechanica. Ervaring met liften is geen vereiste.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met coachende people skills en kunt medewerkers motiveren, begeleiden en aanspreken op kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, logisch en procesgericht, maar bent tegelijk voldoende praktisch ingesteld om zelf het terrein in te gaan. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
