Jobomschrijving

Voor een technisch bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in rolbruggen op maat, gaat Let's Work op zoek naar een industrieel monteur / monteur rolbruggen. Samen met je collega's sta je in voor de veilige en vakkundige montage van rolbruggen en bijhorende constructies bij verschillende klanten. Je bereidt de plaatsing voor, leest montageplannen, controleert de werkzone en zorgt voor een correcte mechanische afwerking.

Je kan rekenen op een aantrekkelijk brutoloon, aangevuld met maaltijdcheques van €7 per dag, een onkostenvergoeding van €7 per dag, een groepsverzekering, GSM met abonnement en een fitnessabonnement. Daarnaast is er de mogelijkheid om de servicewagen mee naar huis te nemen. Je werkt in een 39-urenweek met 6 ADV-dagen. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je als monteur vroeg uit de veren bent.

Wat staat er op jou te wachten als industrieel monteur?

  • Een goede voorbereiding vormt de basis: montageplannen en instructies doornemen en materiaal en gereedschap klaarzetten
  • Op locatie neem je de werkzone onder de loep en voer je samen met je collega's een last minute risicoanalyse uit
  • Ook de montage van loopwegen, verbindingen, verstevigingen, buffers en eindstops behoort tot je takenpakket
  • Tijdens het omhoog hijsen van de rolbrug zorg je samen met je collega's en de kraanmachinist voor een veilige en duidelijke communicatie
  • De mechanische afwerking neem je nauwkeurig voor je rekening, inclusief controles en eventuele aanpassingen
  • Ontbrekende bouten? Onderdelen die nog aangepast moeten worden? Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles technisch in orde is
  • Tot slot lever je de installatie netjes en klaar voor controle en ingebruikname op
