The posting

Bij Cluma maken we rolbruggen volledig op maat. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ze veilig en nauwkeurig op hun plaats komen bij onze klanten. Je bereidt elke plaatsing voor, volgt het plan op en pakt de plaatsing veilig en met vakkennis aan. Loopt het niet meteen volgens plan? Dan komt de praktische probleemoplosser in jou naar boven.

  • Je bereidt de montage voor door plannen en montage-instructies door te nemen, materiaal en gereedschap klaar te maken. Je volgt mee op of hoogwerkers, verreikers of mobiele kranen geregeld zijn.
  • Ter plaatse controleer je de werkzone en zorg je voor de veiligheid. Je baseert je op het montageplan, controleert afmetingen en bevestigingspunten en voert samen met je collega’s een last minute risicoanalyse uit.
  • Soms monteer je ook de loopwegen waarbij positionering en uitlijning cruciaal zijn. Je monteert alle verbindingen, verstevigingen, buffers en eindstops.
  • Bij de montage van de rolbrug begeleid je het omhoog hijsen van de rolbrug, een van de meest kritische momenten van de plaatsing. Hierbij is communicatie met je collega en kraanmachinist cruciaal.
  • Daarna volgt de mechanische afwerking. Je monteert onder meer eindstops en buffers, ontbrekende bouten en voert controles uit op alle onderdelen. Je voert mechanische aanpassingen door indien nodig.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de installatie netjes en klaar voor controle en ingebruikname wordt opgeleverd.

Je bent een ervaren monteur die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt. Je haalt voldoening uit een technisch uitdagende plaatsing én uit een team dat geolied samenwerkt.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je technisch inzicht en ervaring met montagewerk
  • kun je plannen lezen en werkzaamheden praktisch voorbereiden
  • werk je nauwkeurig en verlies je de veiligheid nooit uit het oog
  • durf je collega’s aan te spreken en duidelijke afspraken te maken
  • blijf je rustig en oplossingsgericht wanneer een plaatsing anders verloopt dan verwacht
  • ben je een ambassadeur van ons bedrijf en draag je onze waarden uit
  • werk je graag in team, maar kun je ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen
  • heb je geen hoogtevrees
