The posting

Als Industrieel Pijpfitter bent u verantwoordelijk voor het lassen van buizen en het plaatsen van leidingen op werven van klanten die actief zijn in de voedingsindustrie. Vanuit ons atelier in Wingene vertrek je naar klanten die zich hoofdzakelijk in West-Vlaanderen en soms in Oost-Vlaanderen bevinden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

De functie van Industrieel Pijpfitter omvat verschillende taken:

  1. Voorbereiding en montage van leidingen

Je zaagt buizen op maat en voert lasvoorbereidingen uit. Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige passing van de onderdelen om een optimale assemblage vóór het lassen te garanderen.

  1. Lassen

U voert kwalitatieve TIG-lassen uit op leidingen en apparatuur.

Daarnaast bedient u automatische lasmachines volgens vastgelegde procedures.

  1. Kwaliteitscontrole en conformiteit

Je voert dimensionele en visuele controles uit.

Je controleert de maatnauwkeurigheid en de lekdichtheid van de gerealiseerde constructies.

Je garandeert de traceerbaarheid van de onderdelen en respecteert de interne procedures.

- Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd in lassen, industriële pijpleidingen of een gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.

- Je hebt een goede kennis van TIG-lassen en ervaring met automatische lasmachines.

- Je hebt ervaring met het plaatsen en monteren van leidingwerk. Indien nodig ben je bereid om je kennis verder uit te breiden via een opleiding binnen het bedrijf.

- Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht. Je gaat pas naar huis wanneer je tevreden bent over het resultaat.

- Je kan je vlot aanpassen aan verschillende werkomgevingen. Je werkt namelijk meer dan 80% van je tijd bij klanten en komt daardoor regelmatig in nieuwe situaties en omgevingen terecht.
