Als industrieel schilder combineer je meewerkend leidinggeven met de dagelijkse opvolging van het werk op de werf.

  • Je stuurt je ploeg van industriële schilders zelfstandig aan, motiveert hen en geeft uitleg en begeleiding op de werf.
  • Je werkt zelf mee op de werf en ondersteunt je team in de uitvoering van de manuele schilderwerken en straalwerken.
  • Je maakt een goede voorbereiding door materialen te berekenen, de planning op te maken en het werk binnen de ploeg te verdelen.
  • Je stemt de uitvoering af op de vraag van de klant en schakelt flexibel wanneer snel resultaat nodig is.
  • Je bewaakt de veiligheid en de kwaliteit van het werk.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in industrieel schilderen en (zand)straalwerk, en je beschikt over een grondige kennis van schilder- en straaltechnieken, inclusief 2-componentenverf.
  • Je hebt ervaring met aansturen op de werf en kan een ploeg van maximaal 5 medewerkers aan het werk zetten.
  • Je kan jobs voorbereiden, materialen berekenen en correct inschatten wat nodig is om het werk uit te voeren.
  • Je brengt informatie helder over aan je team en klanten. Je kan deze uitleg ook geven in het Engels.
  • Je blijft stevig in je schoenen staan en bent respectvol, klantgericht, stressbestendig en flexibel.
  • Daarnaast heb je een VCA-VOL of ben je bereid deze te behalen en je hebt een rijbewijs B.
