The posting

Als industrieel spuiter werk je met kunststof luchtkanalen en geef je deze een beschermende, strakke afwerking. Je krijgt een duidelijk inwerktraject en leert stap voor stap alle technieken in een hecht team. Dit ga je doen: - Voorbereiden van de luchtkanalen, zoals controleren, schoonmaken en klaarmaken; - Aanbrengen van een beschermende coatinglaag die tegen weer en wind bestand is; - Afwerken door schaven en schuren voor een mooi eindresultaat; - Op kleur brengen met de kleurlaag naar wens van de klant.

Het bedrijf in Kaatsheuvel is actief in de installatietechniek en werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, van productie tot montage. De sfeer is nuchter, met korte lijnen en veel ruimte om te leren. Je werkt fulltime 40 uur per week in dagdienst, start tussen 07:00 en 08:00 en eindigt tussen 16:00 en 17:00. Wie zoeken wij:- Je wilt graag een vak leren en staat open voor scholing; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en netjes; - Je vindt het niet erg om soms sterke geuren tegen te komen en fysieke arbeid te verrichten; - Je spreekt en begrijpt voldoende Nederlands; - Je hebt geen ervaring nodig, alles wordt aangeleerd.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris tussen de € 2.600 en € 3.200 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime werken, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Werken in een klein team; - Opleidingsmogelijkheden; - Meewerken aan unieke producten; - Vast contract in het vooruitzicht!
