Industriemechaniker (m/f/x)

Als Mechaniker sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Produktionsanlagen zuverlässig, sicher und effizient laufen. Mit Deinem technischen Know-how führst Du Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch, analysierst Störungen und unterstützt bei der Installation neuer Anlagen. Durch Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Dein Sicherheitsbewusstsein trägst Du wesentlich zur Anlagenverfügbarkeit und zum reibungslosen Produktionsablauf bei.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten • Instandhaltung: Diagnose und Behebung mechanischer Störungen an Maschinen, Anlagen und Infrastruktur. • Reparaturen & Fehleranalyse: Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie nachhaltige Ursachenanalyse zur Vermeidung wiederkehrender Ausfälle. • Präventive Wartung: Planungsgemäße Wartung und Zustandskontrolle von Anlagen und sicherheitsrelevanten Komponenten. • Installation & Inbetriebnahme: Montage, Umbau und Inbetriebnahme neuer Maschinen und technischer Einrichtungen. • Hydraulik & Pneumatik: Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit mechanischer Baugruppen sowie hydraulischer und pneumatischer Systeme • Dokumentation: Erfassung von Wartungen, Reparaturen und Störungen im Instandhaltungssystem (CMMS). • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Aktive Mitarbeit an TPM-, 5S- und KVP-Initiativen zur Steigerung von Sicherheit, Qualität und Anlagenleistung. • Sicherheit & Nachhaltigkeit: Konsequente Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards sowie verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Ressourcen und Betriebsmitteln.

Dein Profil & Stärken • Ausbildung: Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Schlosser oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung. • Erfahrung: Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung industrieller Produktionsanlagen. • Technisches Know-how: Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Hydraulik, Pneumatik und Antriebstechnik. • Handwerkliches Geschick: Erfahrung im Drehen, Fräsen und Schweißen von Vorteil. • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Strukturierte Herangehensweise bei der Störungsanalyse und Problemlösung. • Persönlichkeit: Teamfähig, verantwortungsbewusst, serviceorientiert und zuverlässig. • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und mit hohem Sicherheitsbewusstsein. • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch und Französisch Kenntnisse.
