Deine Rolle Haupttätigkeiten

Das KAI Kompetenzzentrum für Automobil- und Industrieelektronik wurde 2006 gegründet, ist eine 100%ige Tochtergesellschaft von Infineon und befindet sich im Technologiepark Villach. Der Schwerpunkt unserer Forschung liegt auf der Zuverlässigkeit von Leistungshalbleitern in Automobil- und Industrieanwendungen.

* Entwicklung von KI-Programmen: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kultur- und Empowerment-Programmen zu Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) mit Beitrag zu Projekten, die verantwortungsvolle, ethische und wirksame Einführung im gesamten Unternehmen fördern * Operative Umsetzung: Organisation von Workshops, Trainings, Hackathons und Awareness-Kampagnen zu KI * Kommunikation: Erstellung von Materialien einschließlich Newslettern, Artikeln, Präsentationen und internen Social-Media-Inhalten sowie Darstellung von Erfolgsgeschichten, Best Practices und Anwendungsfällen * Lerninhalte: Ausarbeitung von Lernressourcen zu KI wie Leitfäden, Playbooks und Onboarding-Unterlagen * Erkenntnisse und Community: Einholung von Mitarbeiter-Feedback und Analyse von Adoptions-Trends, Monitoring von neuen KI-Tools und Innovationen mit Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse für Stakeholder, Unterstützung des Community-Managements einschließlich Netzwerken von KI-Ambassadors oder KI-Champions sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, technischen Expert*innen und Führungskräften

Dein Profil Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten, die Dir zum Erfolg verhelfen

* Ausbildung: Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen wenn Sie ein motivierter und engagierter Studierender aus den Bereichen der Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Kommunikation, Data Science, Informatik, Innovationsmanagement oder Ähnlichem sind * Kommunikation: Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich und ansprechend zu vereinfachen sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Trainingsmaterialien und Kommunikationskampagnen * Interessen und Werkzeuge: Ausgeprägtes Interesse an KI, Generativer KI, digitaler Transformation und Change Management sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT oder ähnlichen Tools * Arbeitsweise: Selbstmotiviert, proaktiv und eigenständig mit grundlegenden Fähigkeiten in Datenanalyse und Reporting * Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Englisch oder Deutsch
