Haupttätigkeiten

Du arbeitest während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus eng mit dem Projektmanagement, dem Projektteam und dem Linienmanagement zusammen. Dabei übernimmst du eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben wie:

* Planung: Aktualisierung und Pflege der Projektpläne sowie Aufgabenplanung und Fortschrittsverfolgung nach Vorgabe der Projektleitung

* Zugriffssteuerung: Verwaltung von Konfiguration und Zugriffsrechten für Projektartefakte

* Koordination: Organisation von internen und externen Meetings einschließlich Terminabstimmung und Nachverfolgung

* Arbeitspakete: Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Berichten nach Auftrag der Projektleitung

* Kostencontrolling: Analyse von Projektkostendaten, Aufbereitung von Berichten und Bereitstellung der Daten an Stakeholder

* Administration: Unterstützung bei Ressourcen- und Kostenplanung, Pflege von Daten in Projektmanagementwerkzeugen sowie Informationsmanagement, beispielsweise in Confluence

Beschäftigungsart: Befristet / Teilzeit (mindestens 20 Stunden pro Woche; Flexible Arbeitszeit von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 06:00 und 19:00 Uhr)

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten, die Dir zum Erfolg verhelfen

* Ausbildung: Immatrikulierte Person an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule in technischen Studienrichtungen (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Telematik, Informatik, Automatisierung, Digitalisierung) oder wirtschaftlichen Studienrichtungen (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Industrial Management)

* Skills: Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel einschließlich Makros und Automatisierung sowie Grundverständnis von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) Werkzeugen

* Arbeitsstil: Proaktiv, präzise und strukturiert mit ausgeprägtem Ownership; eigenständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, sichere Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern und Freude an der Verbesserung von Prozessen und Arbeitsweisen

* Zusatzqualifikationen: Studium mit technischer und wirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und mit zugehörigen Werkzeugen

* Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Englisch; Deutsch von Vorteil
