* Datenmanagement: Pflege und Aktualisierung interner Datenbanken und Ausbildungssysteme inklusive Qualitätssicherung, Datenabgleich, Plausibilitätsprüfungen und strukturierter Dokumentation

* Datentracking: Erfassung, Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung ausbildungsrelevanter Informationen, Stammdaten und Unterlagen

* Datenauswertungen: Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Übersichten, Listen, Analysen und Präsentationsunterlagen

* Dokumentenmanagement: Strukturierte Ablage, Archivierung und Verwaltung digitaler Dokumente gemäß internen Vorgaben

* Teamunterstützung: Unterstützung des Vocational-Training-Teams im Tagesgeschäft sowie Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Ablage-, Dokumentations- und Datenpflegeprozessen, einschließlich Terminabstimmungen, Abwicklung Mailverkehr, organisatorischer Vorbereitungen und laufender Projekte, Teilnahme an Messen und Berufsorientierungsveranstaltungen

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten, die dir zum Erfolg verhelfen

* Ausbildung: Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen wenn Sie ein motivierter und engagierter Studierender aus den Bereichen der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ähnlichem sind

* Office-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word und PowerPoint

* Soft Skills: Zuverlässige und eigenständige sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, hohe Auffassungsgabe, zielgruppenorientiertes Vorgehen, offene Kommunikation und Genauigkeit

* Interessen: Begeisterung für Datenmanagement, Dokumentation und strukturierte administrative Prozesse

* Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
