Haupttätigkeiten

* Content-Management: Erstellung und Optimierung von Webseiten mit einem Content-Management-System (CMS) für Produkte und Anwendungen von Infineon

* Digitale Projekte: Teilnahme an Digitalmarketing-Initiativen einschließlich Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO) von Seiten, Content-Management und Generierung von Marketing-qualifizierten Leads (MQL)

* Zusammenarbeit: Abstimmung mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie verschiedenen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung eines kohärenten Webauftritts gemäß Markenrichtlinien und zur Unterstützung Deiner Weiterentwicklung

* Eigenverantwortung: Übernahme von Aufgaben, die Innovation vorantreiben, die Online-Präsenz stärken und Umsatzwirkung entfalten

* Webbetrieb: Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse auf Webseiten und bei der Umsetzung neuer Weblösungen

* Analytik: Nutzung von Tools wie Tableau zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung und zur Steigerung der Website-Performance

* Automatisierung: Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) zur Automatisierung repetitiver Tätigkeiten und zur Steigerung der Effizienz

Beschäftigungsart: Befristet / Teilzeit / Vollzeit (Flexible Arbeitszeit von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 06:00 und 19:00 Uhr)

Dauer: mind. 12 Monate

* Dein Profil

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten, die Dir zum Erfolg verhelfen

** Ausbildung: Aktiv immatrikuliert in Digital Marketing, Informationstechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren Internet- bzw. Web-bezogenen Studiengang

** Erfahrung: Offen für das Erlernen neuer Tools und den Austausch über laufende Projekte; Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen (CMS) oder Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) sowie mit Teamprojekten ist ein starkes Plus

** Werkzeuge: Vertraut mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira oder ähnlichen Lösungen

** Kenntnisse: Kenntnisse in Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO) und Webentwicklung sind ein großer Vorteil

** Arbeitsweise: Proaktiv, eigenverantwortlich, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team effektiv; Bereitschaft, die Extrameile zu gehen und neue Ideen zur Verbesserung des Status quo einzubringen

** Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Englisch; Deutsch ist ein Plus
