Rôle et responsabilités Participer activement à la mise en oeuvre du projet de vie de l'établissement Observer, interpréter et évaluer l'état du résident. Adopter les mesures adéquates Participer aux réunions multidisciplinaires Suivre avec attention les visites médicales aux résidents Veiller à la bonne application des prescriptions, des règles et des procédures en vigueur au sein de la maison Veiller à la gestion du dossier du résident: vous le complétez et signez vos actes Favoriser la collaboration et entretenir le contact avec les différents partenaires et intervenants internes et externes (équipe paramédicale, médecins traitants, familles et proches, hôpitaux, médecin coordinateur, référent démence, etc.)

Profil L'approche globale de la personne âgée fait écho à vos connaissances et vos valeurs Vous souhaitez participer à la création d'un climat de vie agréable pour les résidents Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse Votre atout : Être détenteur d'une qualification ou d'un titre professionnel particulier en gériatrie et/ou en soins palliatifs, disposer d'une expérience professionnelle en maison de repos et de soins et/ou en gériatrie et être bilingue (FR/NL) Prérequis Être titulaire d'un Bachelier belge en soins infirmiers ou en possession d'une décision d'équivalence Posséder un numéro INAMI infirmier définitif avoir une parfaite maitrise du français ou du néerlandais et une bonne capacité de rédaction dans cette langue Avoir une connaissance de base de l'autre langue régionale Etre en possession du brevet linguistique SELOR ou disposé à l'obtenir
