The posting

En tant qu'infirmier·ère chef adjoint·e au sein du service de stérilisation centrale, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'organisation, la coordination et la qualité des activités de stérilisation du matériel médico-chirurgical.

Vos responsabilités principales seront :

  • Assister l'infirmier·ère chef dans la gestion opérationnelle quotidienne du service.
  • Encadrer, soutenir et accompagner les membres de l'équipe (infirmier·ère·s, technicien·ne·s en stérilisation, agent·e·s logistiques, etc.).
  • Garantir le respect des procédures de nettoyage, conditionnement, stérilisation, traçabilité et libération des dispositifs médicaux.
  • Participer au développement de projets transversaux (hygiène, qualité, formations internes, etc.).
  • Veiller à une communication fluide entre les équipes et les différents services partenaires (bloc opératoire, pharmacie, unités de soins).
  • Assurer un rôle de relais en cas d'absence de l'infirmier·ère chef.

Formation et expérience :

  • Diplôme de bachelier·ère en soins infirmiers reconnu par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles.
  • Expérience professionnelle de minimum 3 à 5 ans dans un environnement hospitalier.
  • Une première expérience en coordination d'équipe, en stérilisation centrale ou au bloc opératoire est un atout important.
  • Titre complémentaire en gestion ou formation de cadre de santé (ou en cours d'acquisition) est un plus.

Compétences :

  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles, rigueur et sens des priorités.
  • Leadership bienveillant, esprit d'équipe et compétences en communication.
  • Autonomie, esprit d'initiative, proactivité et capacité à gérer les imprévus.
  • Connaissance des normes d'hygiène hospitalière et de la traçabilité.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et logiciels liés à la stérilisation.

Langues :

  • Maîtrise du français (niveau B2 minimum).
  • La connaissance d'une autre langue constitue un atout.

Spécificité du poste

  • Horaire variable entre 7h00 et 18h21 en semaine, avec participation au service de garde le samedi matin (1 à 2 fois/mois) et certains jours fériés.
