Vos missions

En tant qu'infirmier·ère, vous aurez pour mission principale de donner des soins globaux aux résidants afin de maintenir, d’améliorer ou de rétablir leur santé et leur bien-être ainsi qu’augmenter leur autonomie et leur indépendance.

  • Vous assurez les actes techniques infirmiers courants auprès de nos résidants
  • Vous observez et contrôler l’état de santé des résidants sur le plan physique, psychique et socio familial
  • Vous participez à la continuité et à la qualité des soins
  • Vous réalisez ou aidez les résidants lors des soins corporels et d’hygiène quotidiens
  • Vous accompagnez les résidants et leurs proches
  • Vous exécutez les tâches administratives inhérentes à la fonction

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’infirmier (gradué/bachelier/breveté)
  • Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’écoute et de communication
  • Vous disposez d’un bon esprit d’équipe et êtes capable de travailler au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Vous faites preuve d’objectivité, d’adaptabilité et de capacité d’analyse
  • Vous êtes flexible et rigoureux
  • Vous adhérez aux valeurs de MMI
