* Nous recherchons actuellement des infirmier.e.s au bloc opératoire pour les secteurs GUP, Viscérale et Tête&Cou * Au bloc opératoire, chaque geste compte. Et chaque geste, c'est vous. Ici, pas de routine : 28 salles, 5 secteurs (cardiothoracique, tête et cou, digestive, orthopédique et gynéco-uro-plastique) et plus de 21 000 interventions par an. Autant dire que vous ne risquez pas de vous ennuyer. En tant qu'infirmier, vous serez au cœur d'une véritable ruche technologique, où l'expertise se conjugue à la précision. Selon votre rôle, vous pourrez : - Préparer le terrain : vérifier le matériel, anticiper les besoins de l'équipe chirurgicale et veiller à ce que tout soit prêt quand le chrono démarre. - Assurer la coordination : un œil sur le champ opératoire, l'autre sur la sécurité du-de la patient-e, avec cette vigilance que seul-e un-e infirmier-e de bloc comprend. - Collaborer au millimètre avec des chirurgiens, anesthésistes, techniciens et collègues infirmier-e-s - un vrai travail d'équipe, sans place pour l'impro. - Participer aux innovations : robot chirurgical, techniques mini-invasives, nouvelles procédures. ici, la technologie ne se regarde pas, elle s'utilise. En somme, vous ferez partie d'un univers où tout va vite, mais où tout est maîtrisé. Et surtout, vous ferez partie du cœur battant des Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc.

Qualifications et expériences requises : - Vous êtes détenteur d'un diplôme d'infirmier bachelier (A1) ou breveté (A2) ou d'une équivalence - Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français (niveau B2) - Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques Compétences essentielles : - Vous collaborez efficacement au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire - Vous assumez vos responsabilités et menez vos missions avec rigueur. - Vous organisez votre travail avec précision et veillez à la continuité des soins. - Vous faites preuve d'observation, de discernement et de jugement dans toutes les situations. - Vous restez calme et efficace sous pression, même face aux urgences ou aux imprévus. - Vous êtes attentif-ve à votre perfectionnement professionnel et au développement de vos compétences. Atouts complémentaires : - Une spécialisation en soins péri-opératoires. - Des notions de néerlandais ou d'anglais. - Une vraie curiosité pour la technologie et les environnements à haute technicité. - Et surtout, cette envie d'être là où tout se joue : au cœur du bloc opératoire.
