The posting

Au sein de notre Service de néonatologie intensive et non intensive, nous prenons soin de bébés nés entre 24 et 37 semaines de grossesse et/ou présentant des pathologies malformatives lourdes. Si les défis et les petits miracles du quotidien vous passionnent, vous êtes au bon endroit ! Préparez-vous à des journées variées, où chaque geste compte, et où l'on apprend à jongler entre soins complexes et soins de développement (portage, peau à peau, soins à 4 mains, allaitement maternel, .). Nous croyons fermement à l'intégration des parents dans les soins. Nous faisons équipe avec eux pour s'assurer que chaque nouveau-né se sente aussi bien que possible. Vous aurez accès à des techniques de pointe, comme la réanimation avec cordon intact (Lifestart) ou la prise en charge de pathologies neurologiques néonatales (projet NeuroNIC). Toute l'architecture du service a en outre été pensée pour créer un environnement réduisant considérablement les stimulations potentiellement douloureuses (bruits, lumière, douleurs, déplacements, etc.). Notre service compte 29 lits (24 intensifs et 5 non intensifs) pour une durée de séjour variant de 3 jours à 3 mois. Vous travaillerez main dans la main avec une équipe multidisciplinaire dans une ambiance collaborative propice à la recherche clinique et à l'enseignement . En nous rejoignant, vous bénéficierez de formations continues (ARCA bébé, soins de développement,...) et participerez à des projets novateurs (comme le projet "zéro séparation" depuis la salle naissance). Qualifications et expériences requises - Vous êtes détenteur du diplôme d'infirmier ou de sage-femme - Vous êtes titulaire de la spécialisation en pédiatrie ou SIAMU - Vous avez une maitrise parfaite du français (niveau B2) - Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques de base Compétences essentielles - Vous collaborez efficacement au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire - Vous faites preuve de responsabilité dans l'accomplissement de vos missions - Vous assurez une organisation rigoureuse et veillez à la continuité des soins - Vous démontrez une grande capacité d'observation, de discernement et de jugement - Vous vous souciez de votre perfectionnement professionnel et du développement de vos compétences Atouts complémentaires - Vous maîtrisez une langue supplémentaire en plus des exigences de base
