Centre de référence incontournable en Europe et leader en Belgique francophone, l'Institut Roi Albert II des Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc prend en charge tous les types de cancer de l'adulte et de l'enfant. Nous ne soignons pas que la pathologie mais le patient dans sa globalité, et lui assurons une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire et humaine. En tant qu'infirmier-e, vous avez l'opportunité d'intégrer une de nos entités dédiées à la cancérologie et à l'hématologie. Notre filière de soins se compose comme suit : - 3 unités d'hospitalisation :

- Oncologie - Hématologie et unité stérile (greffes de moëlle et thérapie cellulaire) - Oncologie pédiatrique

- 3 hôpitaux de jour - COA : Centre d'Oncologie Adulte - CHA : Centre d'Hématologie Adulte et Plasmaphérèse - CHP : Centre d'Hématologie Pédiatrique

- 1 service de radiothérapie - 2 équipes mobiles - 1 pour toutes les unités d'hospitalisation - 1 pour les hôpitaux de jour

- 1 équipe interface adulte et 1 équipe interface pédiatrique (ces deux équipes assurent un suivi de seconde ligne) L'aventure vous appelle ? Qualifications et expériences requises : - Vous êtes en possession d'un diplôme d'infirmier ou d'une équivalence de ce diplôme fournie par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles - Vous avez une connaissance parfaite du français (niveau B2) - Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques Compétences essentielles : - Vous agissez avec autonomie et rigueur dans les décisions liées aux soins - Vous collaborez avec l'équipe pour garantir une continuité et une qualité des soins - Vous aimez travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire et échangez facilement avec les autres professionnel-le-s pour enrichir les soins apportés - Vous faites preuve de capacité d'observation, de discernement et de réflexion clinique - Vous restez calme et efficace sous pression, en gérant les urgences et les imprévus avec sang-froid - Vous avez l'esprit d'initiative - Vous avez le souci de votre perfectionnement professionnel et de l'évolution de la profession infirmière - Vous avez la capacité d'encadrer les étudiants en soins infirmiers et de transmettre votre savoir Atout(s) complémentaires : - Vous êtes titulaire de la spécialisation en onco-hématologie - Vous disposez d'une précédente expérience dans une unité d'onco-hématologie - Vous maîtrisez une langue supplémentaire en plus des exigences de base
