Bienvenue dans un service qui invente les soins de demain. Aux Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, notre unité fait partie d'un projet pilote qui redéfinira l'organisation des soins hospitaliers. Aujourd'hui 24 lits, demain 48 : nous grandissons, et nous voulons grandir avec vous. Votre quotidien ? Jamais deux fois le même. Vous accompagnez des patient-e-s aux profils variés de la neurochirurgie (crânienne, rachidienne, oncologique, fonctionnelle) aux interventions orthopédiques (rachis), ORL, ophtalmologiques et maxillo-faciales dans un service où la diversité des prises en charge nourrit votre expertise au quotidien. Ici, chaque geste compte. Votre jugement clinique et votre autonomie infirmière soutenue par une collaboration étroite avec les aides-soignant-e-s font la différence, au sein d'une équipe où l'entraide et la pluridisciplinarité ne sont pas des mots creux. Et côté management ? Vous vivrez de l'intérieur une vraie innovation : un trio de responsables infirmiers qui construit avec vous de nouvelles façons de transmettre, coordonner et sécuriser le parcours patient. Une équipe plus grande, c'est aussi une charge de travail mieux répartie, davantage de marge, et moins d'isolement face aux soins complexes. Vos idées comptent, vos projets aussi. Qualifications - Diplôme d'infirmier bachelier ou breveté - Maîtrise du français (niveau B2 minimum) - Aisance avec les outils informatiques de base Compétences clés - Esprit d'équipe et collaboration pluridisciplinaire - Excellentes capacités d'observation et de discernement clinique - Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et priorisation des soins - Capacité à accompagner les patients et leurs familles dans des situations parfois complexes - Volonté de développer vos compétences et de participer activement à l'évolution du service - Goût pour la formation et l'encadrement des étudiant-e-s Atouts supplémentaires - Connaissances ou expérience en neurochirurgie, ORL et/ou stomatologie - Maîtrise d'une autre langue (néerlandais, anglais.)
