Description de l'emploi:

  • Soutenir et coacher les infirmiers(ères) et les aides-soignant(e)s ;
  • Coordonner et assurer le suivi des plans de soins des résidents ;
  • Observer, suivre et rapporter les changements dans l’état de santé ;
  • Être le point de contact pour les résidents, les familles et les médecins ;
  • Assurer des tâches administratives avec un accent sur l’exactitude de l’encodage et la gestion des dossiers.

Exigences:

  • Bachelier en soins infirmiers
  • L’expérience n’est pas requise, mais constitue un atout ;
  • Aisance dans le suivi des plans de soins et la collaboration multidisciplinaire ;
  • Bonne connaissance du français;
  • Flexible et résistant(e) au stress ;
  • Organisé(e) et structuré(e) dans le travail quotidien ;
  • Rigoureux(se) dans l’encodage et la gestion des dossiers ;
  • Orienté(e) qualité et amélioration continue des soin
