Mission du Service Soins

Le service soins assure l'accompagnement médical et paramédical des habitants et habitantes. Il veille à leur bien-être, administre les traitements, coordonne les soins avec les médecins, soutient l'autonomie, prévient les complications liées à l'âge, et favorise une qualité de vie digne et sécurisante au quotidien.

Activités

  • Effectuer les soins infirmiers dans le respect des règles de l'art selon le protocole médical
  • Garantir la continuité et la qualité des soins
  • Etablir les plans de soins selon les besoins des habitantes et habitants
  • Communiquer activement avec les habitantes et habitants (plaintes, douleurs, ressentis, ...), l'équipe pluridisciplinaire et les familles
  • Être à l'écoute des habitants et habitantes, de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire et des familles
  • Surveiller l'état des habitants et habitantes
  • Effectuer ou contrôler la réalisation des soins d'hygiène réalisés par les aides-soignants, de confort et apporter une aide aux habitants et habitantes
  • Assurer un suivi administratif des soins
  • Respecter les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et d'asepsie
  • Diplôme requis : Bachelier en soins infirmiers.
  • Disposer d'une bonne maîtrise d'une des deux langues régionales (FR/NL) et d'une maitrise de l'autre lanque régionale
  • Disposer d'une expérience professionnelle dans un secteur de soin est un atout
