Heb je ervaring met informatiemanagement, digitale dienstverlening en het vertalen van organisatievraagstukken naar concrete IV-oplossingen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! De Regionale ICT-dienst Utrecht (RID) zorgt ervoor dat de medewerkers van de zes deelnemende gemeenten (Baarn, De Bilt, Bunnik, Soest, Utrechtse Heuvelrug, Wijk bij Duurstede) en de Sociale Dienst Kromme Rijn Utrecht effectief en veilig kunnen werken. Met een regionaal team van informatie adviseurs werken we aan het verbeteren van de informatievoorziening bij deze deelnemers. Vanuit dit team zet jij je in voor één van de gemeenten of de regionale sociale dienst. Wat ga je doen? Als Informatie Adviseur ben je de gesprekspartner voor management, proceseigenaren en bestuurders. Je adviseert management en proceseigenaren over de inzet van informatievoorziening en digitalisering en draagt actief bij aan het realiseren van organisatiedoelstellingen en maatschappelijke opgaven door deze te vertalen naar een passende IV-strategie. Je signaleert kansen en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van digitalisering, data, gegevensmanagement en informatiebeveiliging. Je werkt hiervoor samen met architecten, projectleiders, product owners, security officers, privacy officers en vakinhoudelijke teams. Je fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen de bedrijfsvoering, de gemeentelijke organisaties en de IV-organisatie van RID Utrecht. Ook draag je actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van informatiemanagement binnen de regionale samenwerking.
