Van het snel live brengen van een waterschaderegeling tot regelingen voor het Gemeenschappelijk Landbouwbeleid. En van het effectief en efficiënt toekennen van innovatiesubsidies tot milieubeschermingsregelingen. Als Informatieanalist speel jij een cruciale rol in het vertalen van Europees en rijksbeleid naar werkbare IV-oplossingen. Je zit in het politieke krachtenveld aan tafel en zorgt dat beleid wordt vertaald naar oplossingen die werken voor de overheid, de uitvoerende organisatie én de gebruikers. Zo maak je complexe beleidsregelingen begrijpelijk en uitvoerbaar. Dit ga je doen Je voert analyses uit om bij vernieuwingsvraagstukken en wijzigingsverzoeken tot de best mogelijke oplossing te komen. Is een doordachte IV-oplossing nodig om een regeling van een ministerie uitvoerbaar te maken? Dan werk je samen met mensen uit de uitvoering, doelgroepen en technische collega's binnen project- of scrumteams. Conform de SAFe/Agile-aanpak: - vertaal je beleid naar IV-oplossingen en breng je de wensen van opdrachtgevers, gebruikers en programmeurs/bouwers bij elkaar; - werk je samen met belanghebbenden, zoals uitvoering, doelgroepen, beleidsmakers en technische collega's; - geef je overtuigende presentaties en maak je IV-processen begrijpelijk, zodat betrokkenen snel de juiste keuzes kunnen maken; - zet je kennis van actuele ontwikkelingen en inzicht in verschillende belangen en krachtenvelden in om op het juiste moment sterke argumenten aan te dragen; - ontwikkel je creatieve oplossingen, nieuwe concepten en combinaties van bestaande concepten ...
