Deze afdeling ondersteunt de gehele organisatie op het gebied van dienstverlening, informatiemanagement, ICT, privacy, informatieveiligheid, data en digitale ontwikkeling. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een betrokken team van professionals dat werkt aan de informatievoorziening van morgen. De lijnen zijn kort, de sfeer is informeel en er is veel ruimte voor initiatief, ontwikkeling en eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat informatievoorziening niet alleen goed functioneert, maar daadwerkelijk waarde toevoegt aan de organisatie en aan onze inwoners. Wat ga je doen? Als informatieadviseur Bedrijfsvoering ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor managers, proceseigenaren en medewerkers binnen de bedrijfsvoering. Je vertaalt organisatievraagstukken naar passende oplossingen op het gebied van informatievoorziening en digitalisering. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende onderwerpen zoals procesverbetering, de inrichting van het applicatielandschap, informatiearchitectuur, gegevensmanagement, AI en digitale innovatie. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar techniek, maar vooral naar hoe informatievoorziening kan bijdragen aan betere dienstverlening, efficiëntere processen en een toekomstbestendige organisatie. Je volgt ontwikkelingen zoals AI, Common Ground, cloudoplossingen, verSaaSing en gegevens gestuurd werken en vertaalt deze naar concrete kansen voor de gemeente Kampen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren van management en medewerkers over informatievoorziening en digitale ontwikkeling. - Je onderhoudt de relatie met de business afdelingen en acteert als sparringspartner op het gebied van informatievoorziening en digitalisering.
